Calling On All Those With A Heart For Eastern Asia

The current prayer focus is Eastern Asia. We are calling on all those with a heart for Eastern Asia. There is a team leaving for Eastern Asia soon and they deeply need your prayers. The team will be gone for approximately three weeks with a great task ahead of them.

The plans are for them to meet and tour while coming together as a team with prayer and training time in the evenings. They will be preparing for the character training camp they will be teaching during the last week of the trip.

The character training camp will be to teach true character qualities to many children from the ages of 5 to 15. The specific character qualities that will be taught are Love, Compassion, Gratefulness, Obedience and Humility. The team will be doing this in cooperation with a private school in Eastern Asia. Already several students have signed up to participate for that week. Saturday will focus on an all day seminar for the parents dealing with effective parenting skills.

We know this is a great opportunity the Lord has opened at this time. We believe this team will be the lead team of many more; including even opening doors to establish a permanent presence in Eastern Asia.

Here are some specific prayer requests:

  • The health and safety of each team member
  • That there will be no one sick on the plane for flight over to Eastern Asia. This would cause delays for the team if there is anyone sick on the plane. (This is due to the problems the Swine Flu has caused worldwide.)
  • For each team member to grow in the grace and mercy of the Lord and that their personal relationship with Him will grow exponentially on this trip.
  • Finances for each team member
  • Prayer support for each team member
  • The Lord will prepare the way and make the paths level and straight for the team
  • The Lord will prepare the hearts of the youth and adults that the team will be working with.
  • The Lord will give an abundance of Wisdom and Favor to the leaders with God and man.
